Hallie made her Broadway debut in Rent, and also served as dance captain for the show’s national tour. Her Off-Broadway credits include De La Guarda and Stomp. As a bassist and singer, Hallie has toured the U.S. extensively with her punk band, The Unlovables. She is thrilled to be back in the air with Fuerza Bruta. Hi, Mom!

Dangerkat is a rare breed of artist, whose work fuses dance, wearable art, music and choreography. Her aesthetic vision has earned her a BFA from the University of Calgary, and her performance art has graced the runways of Paris, London and New York fashion week. She’s traveled the globe performing and teaching urban dance styles, collaborating with the likes of Diplo and Lady Miss Kier. Daniel is honored to back in the Daryl Roth Theater and flying high. Veteran De la Guarda performer, Daniel has his Masters in theater from the New School for Drama and his BFA from UC Irvine. Some of his credits include performing with Airealistic, Second Species, and Notario Dance Company. He can also be seen (under much prosthetics) performing aerial stunts in a soon-to-be released feature film, The Tribe. His latest joy, besides this Fuerza Bruta experience, is his new baby girl, Rowan..

It is a dream come true to be joining the talented cast and crew of Fuerza Bruta. Recent credits: WICKED(broadway), Radio City Christmas Spectacular (Rockette), West Side Story (european tour), Joseph…(Lenape Theater), Broadway Bares and DanceBreak ’11. She has also performed with various recording artists including Beyonce, Jay Z and Luis Miguel and done countless commercials and industrials. Gwyneth is a dancer, actor, choreographer, aerialist and co-founder of AiRealistic.com. She grew up manifesting her dreams as a fierce ninja fairy in the woods of upstate NY. Profound influences: A deep respect for nature, her parents’ work in healing and myth (SymbolicStudies.org), the VanaverCaravan.org, Sarah Lawrence and De La Guarda. She is honored to be a part of the cast of Feurza Bruta.

As an Argentinean New Yorker, Tamara is so excited to be a part of this groundbreaking show. Her credits include three Madonna world tours. She has also danced with such artists as Gwen Stefani and Avril Lavigne, has performed with De La Guarda. and is a former Olympian. Gracias por todo Machi, papo, Lee, Nad, Cloud, Adam, y Diqui. Brooke hails from Los Angeles and is THRILLED to return to fly with Fuerzabruta! She credits her first flight to De La Guarda in NYC and continued flight with De La Guarda in Korea, AiRealistic and Cirque Du Soleil. Grounded credits include: Memoirs of a Geisha and Alvin Ailey. A cum laude UC San Diego graduate, Brooke is thankful to be able to continually pursue this love of flight. Thank you M, D, Shawn.

Jon has created and performed with Cirque du Soleil, Theatre de la Jeune Lune, Diavolo, Orphean Circus, Spymonkey, Guthrie Theatre, La MaMa, Philippe Gualier to rave reviews in LA, NYC, Edinburgh. In 1999 he was a Thomas J. Watson Fellow (England, France, Bali, India) and in 2002 a Tennessee Williams Fellow. Ben is honored to join the cast of Fuerza Bruta. A dancer/acrobat from upstate New York, his training includes NYU, Tisch School of the Arts (BFA, Drama), Shanghai Theater Academy, and Point Park University (Dance). Recent credits: Lynn Barr Dance Theatre (Judson Church, Kaatsbaan); Theater Mitu’s Hair at Skirball Center for the Arts; choreographer/performer in Hamlet and the title role in Orpheus and The Plastic Masquerade at Galapagos Art Space. Dusty is from Jonesville, Louisiana. He began his dance career in Texas at theme park Fiesta Texas. He then went on to perform at Opryland USA in Nashville for a couple of seasons. After that he began performing for Celebrity Cruises on ships such as the Mercury, Century, and Infinity, where he traveled all over the world including Europe, Alaska, and Caribbean. He then toured with Christian-rock singer Carmen on his Heart of a Champion tour. Before moving to New York he was the lead dancer at the Alabama Theater in Myrtle Beach for five years. He now joins the cast with much appreciation and excitement!

Angelica is of German and Japanese descent and grew up in Minneapolis, curiosity led her to gymnastics, dance and hang gliding. When she was young she wanted to be an astronaut, but then realized there were way too many clothes involved. She is thrilled to be apart of Fuerza Bruta and be able to combine her love of the freedom of flight and dance. During the day, she is a yoga teacher and wellness consultant. She holds a B.A. from Sarah Lawrence College. Lots of love to Mom and Dad.

Micha Lazare is overjoyed to be recent member of the Fuerza family. She can contest that dreams do come true! Micha hails from the Great North, Montreal, Canada. She followed her dreams to New York where she attended and graduated from the Neighborhood Playhouse School of Theatre in 2005. Since then she’s been creating consistently. Credits include: ‘Pizzaman’ a play directed by Austin Pendlton, several commercials and VO spots. When she’s not being a flying fairy/water nymph, you can trust that she either making music or art. She would like to thank the cast and crew of Fuerza for being so awesome, inspiring, beautiful, and supportive. She is grateful.

With a surreal 360 degree life spin, Kira returns to her aerial roots at the Daryl Roth Theatre where she once flew with the cast of De la Guarda. She feels honored and grateful to be included in yet another highly visceral show that is both a performer’s dream and a nightly playground. Other career highlights include touring as a dancer with Gloria Estefan, Missy Elliot, P. Diddy and working as Mel B’s (Scary Spice) stand-in for the Spice Girls Reunion Tour. She has performed in numerous music videos, television shows, award shows and commercials. Kira is also a licensed massage therapist and a certified Pilates Instructor.

Nelson Rockwood earned his B.A. in Theatre, Spanish and springboard diving from the University of the South. He later studied commedia dell’arte and Suzuki technique, strengthening his passion for physical theatre and leading him to realize this dream. He is humbled by the talent of this production and would like to thank his wife, Cedra and his best friend, Patrick.

Holly is so grateful to finally be a part of the Fuerza Bruta family! Holly studied dance at North Carolina School of the Arts. She has toured around the globe with Pilobolus Dance Theater and across the US with Networks National Tour of Contact. Broadway workshops include Tarzan and Angels. Holly was the original dance captain of Wicked at Universal Studios Japan and has had the pleasure of working for such amazing choreographers as AC Ciulla, Maria Torres, and Nathan Trice. Holly would like to thank all of her friends and family, especially her husband Mark for his infinite love and support.

Jason is honored to be working with the creative company cast and crew of Fuerza Bruta. Trained with Kenneth H. Washington for Theatre and Movement and The Shakespeare Theatre, Washington D.C. Broadway, Disney’s Tarzan. Toured and performed with Donald Byrd: The Group. Studied dance at Joffrey Ballet, Ailey School, Martha Graham, and Jacob’s Pillow. Kepani graduated with a BFA degree from the University of Arizona. Worked with notable choreographers: Brian Friedman, Mia Michaels, Desmond Richardson, Alonso King. Kepani appears in print-ads and commercials as a model. Kepani thanks her wonderful family and supporters.
